To join we recommend that the swimmer is able to swim at least 25 yards and tryout for appropriate placement. Also The Swim Team is for athletes over age six and is divided into progressive groups. Coaches make final determination for group placement. Swimmers making the requirements for the next group will be moved up the next season. Register during regular office hours at the Community Center. Non-residents are required to pay an additional fee. Families registering more than 2 swimmers will receive a $15 discount starting with the third swimmer.

Registration fees do not cover all swim team expenses so FUND-RAISING IS NECESSARY. Fund-raising commitments are prepaid at registration.

The amount of the commitment is determined by a committee consisting of the president of the Swim Team Parent Advisory Board, chairman of the Ways & Means Committee, and Swim Team coordinator. The prepaid fund-raising cost may be refunded if fund-raising is successful. Swim Team staff will be happy to answer any of your questions.
